Alcorn Sage Schwartz & Magrath, LLP

Dedicated Injury Lawyers Serving Indiana and Kentucky; personal injury, workers compensation, and disability cases.

Firm Overview

Alcorn Sage Schwartz & Magrath is an Indiana-based law firm which focuses its practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, Social Security Disability, and Worker's Compensation Law.

Alcorn Sage Schwartz & Magrath, is proud to represent injured workers in Indiana and Kentucky. When an individual is injured on the job and in the "course and scope of their employment," this individual has a workers compensation claim. Often times, injured workers are completely unaware of their rights and remedies under worker's compensation law. Unfortunately, injured workers do not usually get much information as to their rights from the worker's compensation carrier or their employer. It is often a good idea for an injured worker to contact an attorney to ask them questions about their legal rights in their worker's compensation claim.

Alcorn Sage Schwartz & Magrath, handles worker's compensations pursuant to Indiana and Kentucky statutes, which determine the amount of attorneys fees for these worker compensation claims. Worker's compensation cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning that the injured worker only pays our law firm when we collect a settlement for that injured worker. Consultations with an attorney from our office for a worker's compensation claim are at no charge.
