Driver Error

Driver error can be characterized as any negligent action taken by a given driver, which leads to damages to their own vehicle, the vehicle of another, or property and pedestrians. Commonly, in a legal nature, the driver error is determined as the amount of driver fault. Typically, driver error includes negligent actions such as excessive speeding, aggressive or reckless driving, failure to stop or yield, being distracted while driving, or any other form of negligent action promoting the propensity of an accident with damages to occur. Driver error, or driver fault, is often determined in a proportional basis; given the nature of most accidents involve error from both drivers involved.
