I had an accident about 4 months ago that I settled with the other driver outside of court. He was at fault. No injuries were incurred, just fairly mild to moderate vehicle damage. Now my back and neck is starting to hurt and I’m seeing a chiropractor to treat some injuries I didn’t even know that I had. Is it too late to file a claim?
