On Thursday, July 19, 2007, Lindsay Lohan turned herself in to the Beverly Hills Police Department regarding the Memorial Day weekend car accident she was involved in. She was fingerprinted and photographed.
Lohan was originally booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and a misdemeanor hit and run. Her blood alcohol content was above California's legal limit of 0.08%.
The Memorial Day weekend car accident occured when Lohan lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a curb and shrubs on Sunset Boulevard. She then received treatment for minor injuries at a nearby hospital.
A court date has been scheduled for August 24, 2007.
