The Grand Jury in Cape May charged the trooper Robert Higbee with two counts of death by an automobile for the Sept 27th crash that killed sisters Jacqueline Becker (17) and Christina Becker (19).

The accident happened when patrolman Higbee ran a stop sign and hit the Driver’s side of the Dodge Caravan in his patrol car. The two vehicles then skid into a Mazda Minivan that was in the intersection.
