Richard Console

A South Jersey native, Mr. Console grew up in Haddonfield and later returned to live in Cherry Hill with his wife and two sons. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from Villanova University in 1989.

As a recipient of the Richter Merit Scholarship, he attended Rutgers University School of Law and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 1992.

Mr. Console is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Outside of his legal work, his favorite activities include reading, cycling and playing basketball with his sons.

Michael Ellery

When Mr. Ellery graduated from the University of Arizona in 1987 with his bachelor’s degree, he worked as an insurance adjuster.

In fact, he worked for two of the biggest insurance companies in the nation before becoming a lawyer – an experience that would later give him a unique insider’s view into insurance companies’ practices.

In 1995, Mr. Ellery earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law. For more than 15 years, he would handle both plaintiff work – on behalf of the people bringing a legal claim – and defense work, on behalf of the people being sued.

In March 2008 Mr. Ellery began representing plaintiffs exclusively.

In addition to his experience handling plaintiff and defense work as an attorney, Mr. Ellery has served in other roles in the legal community. For more than a decade, he has been a certified arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

He’s hired by other lawyers to help resolve their cases through private arbitration and mediation, to the benefit of both parties.

He has also been a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for several years, a role which involves acting as a mediator in settlement conferences, where the goal is again to resolve claims without having to take them to trial.

Mr. Ellery lives in Haddonfield with his wife and their children. His oldest son is married and he recently celebrated the birth of his first grandchild.

In addition to spending time with his family, his personal interests include reading, physical fitness, and watching his children play sports.

Lindsay Sewekow

Ms. Sewekow, of Medford Lakes, NJ, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Caldwell College (now Caldwell University) in 2012 as a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. As an undergraduate student, she already excelled academically and in her extracurricular activities.

She made the Dean’s List three times, graduating with a 3.6 GPA and earning acceptance into the Kappa Gamma Pi Honor Society in 2012.

Ms. Sewekow went on to study at Widener University School of Law. She graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree in 2015. During her impressive education, she was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Honor Society in recognition of her commitment to scholarship, service and legal ethics.

In 2015, she won the William J. Conner Memorial Award for Administrative Law for academic excellence in administrative law, along with the William Connor Memorial Scholarship.

As part of her law school education, Ms. Sewekow participated in the Delaware Civil Law Clinic of Widener University School of Law as a Certified Legal Intern. In this capacity, she worked under direct attorney supervision on family law cases that involved domestic violence, custody, and visitation matters.

While she awaited her Bar Exam results, she worked as a law clerk for Carlsbad, CA-based business and estate planning law firm Kelsall & Associates, P.C. She is also a Member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a statewide organization thousands of members strong which fights for laws that promote safe consumer products and employment settings, high-quality healthcare, and environmental protection.
