Robert D. Rouse III, known as "Robin" by friends and family, is a Pitt County native who has served the needs of citizens throughout Eastern North Carolina since 1973. Robin's personal injury practice consists of automobile, motorcycle, bus, tractor trailer, and logging truck collisions involving serious, catastrophic injuries or death. He has also successfully handled numerous punitive damage claims against drunk or grossly negligent drivers. Additionally, Robin frequently represents clients against large insurance companies in the denial of claims resulting from fire losses, death benefits or medical care, faulty construction, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Robin also serves as a Certified Superior Court Mediator.

Although a person would prefer not to be involved in a litigation situation, it is reassuring to know that Robin has handled hundreds of cases successfully which involved litigation in the various trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and North Carolina Supreme Court.
